Jovan’s place was just right for our stay in Houston. Very Spacious, not to mention it’s close by everything! I appreciate the great hospitality I will for sure be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The building is well-kept with great amenities, there’s plenty of lounge space, and we even got to barbecue. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and furnished with modern appliances and fresh furniture. The location is super convenient too: two large supermarkets right across the street, parking right downstairs, and only about a 15-minute drive to the Capitol. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay in Washington!

We had an amazing time in Houston and a major reason was because of Jovan and the team. Instructions were clear, communication was crisp and responsive and we had nothing to worry about. The house looked exactly as described with great parking. Each room was excellent and there were plenty of bathrooms and common space. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone visiting Houston due to the great hosts and close proximity to many restaurants, lounges and clubs.

We rented from Jovan to celebrate my sister's birthday in the DMV. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the communication and the ease street parking. We felt at home. We would definitely recommend!

Great location, super clean, modern amenities. We had a great time and used the pool as much as good. Tons of great local cafes, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. Plan to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home—especially our kids! The rules felt a bit strict at times, particularly with a toddler and the white towels, but thankfully we brought our own. We were very grateful for the working washer and dryer, especially since we’d been on a road trip for a week by the time we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was also nice for my husband and me to have our own space downstairs away from the kids, and they enjoyed having their own space as well. Aside from the towel rules, the home had a hotel-like vibe, especially with the unique Wi-Fi login setup, which was different from our other Airbnb stays. Jovan and Rc are great hosts! I'm very hopeful that they’re able to locate our missing item—fingers crossed!
