NOTE: This is a centrally located, trendy area near the heart of Downtown. Like most Downtown areas in major cities, it is a very busy area with the potential to hear noise at all times throughout the day. Please keep this in mind!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The building is well-kept with great amenities, there’s plenty of lounge space, and we even got to barbecue. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and furnished with modern appliances and fresh furniture. The location is super convenient too: two large supermarkets right across the street, parking right downstairs, and only about a 15-minute drive to the Capitol. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay in Washington!
